Currently with our colleague in Spain is this rather nice 1978 example of Fiats very pretty 124 “Spider”.
Powered by Fiats famous 1800cc Twin Cam that was designed by ex-Ferrari engineer Aurelio Lampredi, first used in the 124 and that went on to power cars like Lancia’s 037 rally car and Delta Integrale in one form or another. Still giving it surprisingly good performance today especially when coupled as in this car, to the 5 speed manual gearbox option.
As you can see by the pictures, it is in very good all round condition and apart from the “Minilite” look wheels, appears standard. All be it in USA spec but I am sure you could soon put the bumpers back where they were meant to be!
Both body and interior are in good order and the mechanics are all said to be good as well. Coming with full documentation for registration and as always with cars located in Spain, price is pounds in Spain(@ 1.12 ex rate) with assistance freely given to arrange world-wide shipping or registration, if here in the UK.
